Samples Our surveyor will bring all samples to your home for you to choose from and we will measure the areas you require. They will also bring with them all our vinyl, laminate and underlay options you so can see everything before you order. Deposit When you’re happy to proceed, a deposit is taken of 15%. This deposit offers us the security to beginning cutting your flooring and booking you in the fitting diary. The deposit comes off your total order balance. Agreement We then create a contract to fulfil your order and the remaining balance is due 7 days before your selected fitting date.

Fitting Our team of quality fitters will be in touch on the morning of your fitting to confirm their arrival time slot. This can take on average anything from 7 to 21 days, depending on how you would like to pay. Installation Your luxurious new full house flooring is installed in your home by our quality fitting team. The fit includes your underlay, door bars and grippers, alongside your new full house carpets.
